Commercial Service Story (7/6/07)

A few years ago, our furnace went out in early December during a pretty cold week. I called a few local heating & cooling companies, explained the situation and asked if someone could come out and look it over. All three companies said it would be a couple days.

A co-worker suggested I call Commercial Service. I was reluctant since they were in Bloomington and I lived in Bedford and I thought it would be more expensive, but I called anyway.

To my surprise, they said someone would be right down and it wasn't a very long wait. A man came immediately!

He told my wife, Tracy (I was at work) that a furnace part was definitely broken, but more importantly to him, there was a crack in the furnace and we were in danger of carbon monoxide. She asked how long till we could get a new furnace and he said he'd call the office and let us know. After his call, he said they had a furnace and if we wanted it done that day , it could be.

A couple of guys brought the new furnace, tore the old out and had it replaced that day! My wife was extremely happy... not only was the furnace replaced, but they put plastic runners down so the carpet wouldn't get messed up! (women are all about not getting their carpets messed up you know!)

I appreciate the efforts Commercial Service made for me and my family and have told this story to all of my friends! I will certainly use Commercial Service for my future heating & cooling needs!
